Overstepping from my husband

Yesterday,Feb 15 2010. We talked about the eaves of roof of my dormitory when I took him to the bus station. I told the building contractor I did not want any eaves for the roof of motorcycle parking. When my husband saw it, he told me that it should have the eaves. I ignored him. But he told me that he would pay for the eaves, I'm OK. But yesterday he told me that he will shared the half of cost. I don't want it. He said that if I don't pay for it, he will not shared Aomboon's fee of school that I had already paid. I don't care if he don't pay I can pay only. But this is the evidence to get divorce and I will have custody of my children when we get divorce. I call him tell him this but he hung up his phone immediately.

Today, Mai, my thesis advisee, told me that Tonkoon, my daughter told her that she should move to Room 10 (Ting’s room of my dormitory). She hesitated to tell me and she was not sure that why Tonkoon said that. I told her everything about conflicting between me and my husband. She understood and she did not move to Room 10 if I confirmed that she can live in this house. In the evening, my husband talked with me in general and we went to pick up our children at their school together.

Evidence to get divorce no. 1

Today Jan 17, 2010, I took my daughter to show at school. My student, Mai who has live with me at home now, called me that my husband came back home. She was excited and frighten very much. I told her to be out of my house before I came back. When I came back home, I called her to came back too and told her giving respect my husband before came in house if he didn't say anything, she should came in house. She followed my order, my husband didn't anything, she hurried to come in her room. In the afternoon, I would to get children books in bed room to return it to the MSU library. I found that my husband have locked the bed room and took something of mine in front of the door where showed in this picture. I called my sister, she suggested me to take this picture and recorded the situation.
